Banana Boating
Take a thrill ride on a banana colored
and shaped tube towed behind a speed boat across Saipan or Tinian’s
crystal clear lagoon waters. It is a great way to have fun with the whole
family or a group of friends. Hang on and see who has the best balance!

Boating & Sailing
Many of Saipan’s resorts offer
various boating or sailing options right from their beach front. While some
hotels include these in their lists of activities, more often these activities
are offered by beach front concessionaires (not affiliated with the hotel).
For the sea-going visitor, Saipan offers two marinas – one for private small craft and one commercial port. In Rota, there is an East Harbor and a West Harbor, while in Tinian there is a singular port for both recreational and commercial boats.
In Saipan, Smiling Cove Marina is a public marina, north of the American Memorial Park in Garapan, which provides a safe anchorage for boats during storms. The basin depth is from 10 to 14 feet at high tide. Information about other boat launching sites is available by clicking here.
